Superb experience; stellar prices (really!)-wish I found this store sooner. Impressive clean and has everything I needed for cold weather. BTW: self checkout tip-touch the flag to change to preferred language.

The shop itself is OK. However, I'm not satisfied with the service. I ordered a ski service. Decathlon calls it "großer service," where they promised to wax my ski and fix all the scratches. I intentionally showed all the scratches and asked if they could fix all of them. I was told by the person who took my ski that everything would be fixed as I ordered "großer service". The service was done in a week, and I came to pick up my skis. Scratches on the bigger part of the ski surface were fixed. However, I discovered that not all the scratches were fixed. When I asked why not everything was fixed despite the "großer service", I was told that other scratches don't impact the riding of the ski. That's why they weren't fixed. I insisted that I had paid for the service, and I was promised that everything would be fixed. Then I just got the answer: "We didn't do it by ourselves, and the ski was sent to another place for the service. That's why we don't know why they didn't fix it.". It was a very strange answer, considering that they took my ski they should ensure that they deliver proper service for which they were paid. If there is something that is technically impossible to fix, then it should be highlighted to the customers instead of promising that everything will be fixed. I was disappointed with the service and with the fact that Decathlon takes money for the service and then tells that they are not responsible for the service.

Disappointing that you dont allow shopping cart to be carried till parking, security guy asked me to submit my passport to take shopping cart till parking. Pretty wierd. Also when I said i dont understand German he started arguing that i live in Berlin and how I should know speaking German. Definitely I wont recommend to buy large stuff like camping equipment.

The bicycle repair service is useless. An appointment means nothing, when it means it is only to drop your bike and having to wait for up to 3 weeks to get a response about the service and a real deadline, while all this time the bike is kept away (even if the work is just to tighten up the chain, which takes about 5 minutes). Plus the repair-team is rude for no reason.

This location is probably the biggest in the Berlin region. Huge selection of bikes, cloths etc. Reminds me of the big box shops in N. America, with the associated loads of parking. Will most certainly return to shop at this location in future

The service they provide to repair bicycles is not good at all! I had a guarantee and it was useless the person told me a price and when I picked up the bike the price was different. I do not recommend

The service I got here this morning was next to none. I've honestly never had a staff member in my time in Germany, not only Berlin, be so dedicated to helping and informing. The person who assisted me this morning in the tent section, not only helped me and gave me so much information about tents, the materials, the ventilation, everything. You could tell they were passionate too. Amazing service! They didn't have the tent I wanted and I ended up leaving more happy with a back up tent having all the new info!

Big Sports store with tons of equipment. The Prices are mostly on the low end and i can't say much about the quality (lack of long term test). They use mostly self-Check out, so there is nearly no wait time at the exit.
