Today I was at Decathlon, and I had my Bike Fix with Nico. He was amazing and very kind with me, and he repaired the bike quickly. The service was so professional and very welcoming.

They changed my columbia shoes even though the return time of 30 days was past. Appreciate the customer satisfaction focus, thanks folks.

Cheap prices, wide variety, store was a little messy. Most of it was in German and using a measuring system I didn’t understand, but I guess that’s what happens when you only speak English. Employees were friendly.

Thie review applies to the Bike service point, which has been so helpful to me on repeated occasions, especially Nico who is amazing! After catastrophic customer service from Decathlon, the Alexanderplatz Sevice Point and and the slowest repair ever by the Dortmund Werkstatt, he made everything smooth again and helped me again super quickly when I had other issues with the bike after that.

Some employees here were very friendly and helpful, but the overall experience of picking up my online bike order was stressful. The system couldn’t locate my order during a return, which led to an embarrassing wait at the counter. On top of that, the alarm went off when I exited, and security had to reverify my purchase. I empathize with the staff—they were patient and just doing their job—but the store’s internal app seems unreliable. In such cases, it would be much better if customers were assisted smoothly at the exit rather than being made to feel like they’re going through a pat down.

I purchased a bike for my son two weeks ago for £350 and came to the store today to look for another one for my other son. While trying out the bikes, an employee who spoke both English and German told us that only one person could ride at a time. When I tried to return the bike to its place, he started giving me orders from a distance, saying that he is the ‘expert’. Later, when my two sons were using the boxing machine, the same employee approached us again, stating that we had a 3-minute limit to decide if we were buying it. When I mentioned that I wasn’t interested, he abruptly said that this wasn’t a playground and walked away. I deeply regret purchasing a bicycle from this store. I will be returning to request a refund. It's incredibly disappointing to experience such treatment, especially when visiting Berlin from England. This encounter left me feeling like I faced discrimination, which is unacceptable.

The service point is amazing! 6/5 rating if possible. My bike seat was stolen so Nico helped me order it, later it wasnt sitting right and again patiently fixed it for me. Kudos to the team at the service point ✨ Ready to use my bike this summer now ☀️
