I've been to this bike shop a few times and have always left satisfied. The advice is honest, and you don't get the feeling they're trying to sell you the most expensive option. The staff take their time, listen, and explain things even if you're not an expert. Repairs were done quickly and professionally, and I found the prices fair. A huge thank you to Paul and Basti from Dein-Radius – for us, the most competent bike shop in Berlin-Schöneweide! Fast, friendly, helpful, and absolutely professional. The situation: We had planned a big bike tour along the Berlin Wall Trail with our family from North Rhine-Westphalia. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned just before we were due to start – my brother's bike had a flat tire. We contacted two other bike shops in the area, but neither could help on such short notice. At Dein-Radius, however, this was no problem: Basti changed the inner tube in no time, while we were able to properly inflate all the tires at the free air pump station. A few minutes later, we were ready to go again. Thanks to this quick and uncomplicated assistance, our tour went ahead as planned. Thank you so much! We highly recommend Dein-Radius.
