Really nice and professional services for my ski boots selection! The salesman taking care of ski boots knows the products and skiing experience really well. Great communication, patience and nice recommendations!

Really great service. The specialist helping me was very friendly and helpful, although I had come back with a problem partly of my own fault. I bought snowboard boots here that were a little too small. After riding in them for two days, I came back, and got an extensive (two hour) consultation. We first tried to heat mold the liner of the boots, but then realized I needed a new boot. After trying on many options, I found a new boot that fit perfectly. I hardly paid anything on top. I would come again any day, 10/10.

A great choice of equipment and what I really liked is service! When we came to the shop the 1st time, it was packed but a very nice, patient and helpful shop assistant appeared and helped a lot! The best shop winter shop in Berlin!

I asked them to fit touring bindings to my skis (December 2024). The only good thing about this service was that it was quick (overnight). The next day, to my surprise, I found that the bindings were not fixed straight (one quite evidently, the other within loose acceptable tolerance). Having pointed that out, I only heard that my boots are to blame, which another (independent) service later called a joke (and confirmed that the holes were drilled not symmetrically in one of the bindings, which was impossible to repair). Since it is possible to ski on these bindings, I give two stars (like a minimal passing grade in school). In situations like this, where the value lost due to poor service is small relative to the cost of recovering that value, Google reviews (and mouth-to-mouth opinions) are practically the only way to incentivize solid performance (unfortunately, only for the future and for other clients, as I'll never go there again).

Don't go there. Their sales is not any sles. All articles have increased price and than pretend to be on sale. You can buy everiting on web or in other shops 30-50% cheaper. On top, if you buy something you can not exchange it or return it . Very unfriendly shop leader. They are closing shop.

Wide selections of equipments for skiing and snowboarding! The staffs were helpful especially Mario. He helped me to match what I wanted and helped to work on my budget. He was quite hornet and told the details of each items; low end, medium range and high end, and let me had time to decide. At the end of the day, I was really satisfied for what I got. 😁

I dropped by to make some boot fitting for my snowboard boots, and as websites says it’s better to have an appointment for that. When I called them a day before I was told there is no need to make an appointment, just drop by and waiting time should be around 20 mins to heat up the boots and do all the stuff. So I was happy it would be that easy But when I came today it was just crazy, first 20 minutes to wait to get into the store, then 40 minutes inside and no one didn’t provide me any estimation on how long could waiting time be, instead they asked me if I made an appointment eventually. In the same time people who came to buy something were picked up almost without any delay by the staff. I understand that service is not that profitable as sales, but if you state to provide service in your shop, please respect the time of your clients and treat them well regardless of the visiting reason. I’ve lost more than 2 hours today to drop by and leave without getting anything. Would not recommend this shop, as they do not respect the time of their clients

Superb, personalized service! The staff is well-educated on their products, experienced riders themselves and find the best for your needs. Large selection of snowboard gear! I recommend going in the early afternoon to avoid peak times and invest at least two hours in your visit. Thank you!
