The most unfriendly bike shop I've ever been to. I'd much rather spend my money at the big bike stores. The owner wrote to me because I asked if they had a specific tool in stock. I was banned from the premises even though I stood outside and politely asked. The door was slammed shut in my face with a snarl.

I took my bike to the bike shop to have the gears repaired. The team immediately examined the bike, identified the problems, and gave me a clear recommendation. I especially appreciated their explanation of why it makes sense to replace the chain at the same time – they clearly explained the advantages, which helped me make my decision. The service was fast, competent, and friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail, and I always felt I was in good hands. The bike is now working perfectly again, and I'm very happy with the work. I highly recommend this bike shop – professional, honest, and reliable!

I took my Dutch e-bike there, which no other bike repair shop in the area really wanted to touch because it's not a conventional brand. The bike mechanic took his time and repaired my bike! Hats off and thank you! 💫

The bike man is simply fantastic! 😊 Very friendly, honest, and transparent advice – everything is explained calmly, without being pushed on you. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair, and you can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and customer satisfaction. Not an anonymous chain store, but a traditional retailer with heart and soul. There should be more service providers like this!

In any case, they were very hard-working and quite busy. The service is okay, but not exactly cheap. Unfortunately, both bikes required some additional work or were overlooked during the repair. However, this was quickly resolved and reworked.

There's no one better. Competent, affordable, and I've been bringing my bikes in for service to my complete satisfaction for many years. But be careful: The shop is in high demand, and his shop is full of bikes for service and repair. My tip: Make a courteous appointment beforehand. "Could you please just…" is completely unacceptable; that puts the customers at the expense of appointments. And: Before buying cheap e-bikes from China, consider who will handle the service and repairs. My tip: Buy the bike directly from the bike man, then you won't have any maintenance issues. Making an appointment by phone is highly recommended.

I've been having my bikes checked and repaired at Fahrradmann for many years. Always reliable, fair, and helpful. I also bought my current bike there and will continue to be a customer. It's great to have a workshop right around the corner. The online retailers and big bike shops will survive without me. Support your local heroes.

They were very helpful the first time, but today I apparently met the manager in a bad mood. Just before closing time, I wanted to drop off my bike for a tire change, but he just said the shop was closed and I'd have to call next week. He said that, but in such a tone, I'm definitely not going there again. A shame!

I dropped my bike off for a spring check, without an appointment. Two days later, it was ready. The price was more than reasonable, the service very satisfactory, ultimately a good choice/decision. What also really appealed to me was the clear communication, without trying to sell me anything. Very authentic. Thank you, we'll be back.
