Great, quick work, reasonable pricing and humane communication. Really nice guy this Daniel! Fixed my bike up with a wheel he had without charging extra, saved me a great bit of stress, now happily rolling into the spring 😎 Definitely recommend!!

Super professional, fairly priced, patient, and willing to teach service. My bicycle never felt that good like after my visit there. It is definitely my regular bicycle shop from now on.

maybe the guy is a good specialist but he was very rude and sarcastic to me. didn't even look at my bike saying he’s busy, works only by appointments, not going to estimate the price without an appointment and the next possible is in a week.

I'm sorry I'm so busy and have to work by the hour to meet my deadlines and not just stand here waiting for work. I'm also sorry that being busy is considered "rude," especially since I work alone. I hope you find someone to take care of it!

Dear Daniel, I haven’t realized that day was Sunday and literal have thought you refused to help me even tho you are open. I even told you that it is saying open there on the wall. It was all a misunderstanding.

Hello Mustafa, I give my all every day to help everyone, as most people know, quickly, friendly, and reliably. As you've seen, I do this on Sundays too. Your request (air requirement/compressor) would have required me to interrupt my work, start up the compressor, take it outside, and put it away again. Among other things, that would have been a waste of energy for just one pump. It's a shame that my efforts and suggested solutions were still only worth one star for you. Perhaps we'll see each other next time under more relaxed circumstances.

I am really happy with the service. I found the price good for all the things that had to be done on my bike. Daniel is very nice person to exchange with and reply fast if something needs to be checked again. I liked the fact that he asked me if I was ok so fix this or that at this price. I find it very honest and nothing is hidden. Good to point that you need to contact him to take an appointment before bringing your bike 🚲
