I went to the store for running shoes. Superb and super friendly advice from the manager himself. I'm still completely thrilled with the shoes I chose. Great service: In addition to the expert advice, the shortlist models were in stock in my size, a sufficiently long test run was offered, they offered to walk, requested colors, arranged a callback, etc.

Great selection, super friendly service, and amazing expertise. No matter what you're looking for, you'll always get honest advice. If it's not in stock, they'll even recommend where you can find it. Direct and very friendly service, no fuss. Professional, expert, and completely honest! If you don't shop here, it's your own fault.

Even though I'm still annoyed that I drove to the store for nothing, the owner explained the problem to me, and the reason is understandable. What's incomprehensible, however, is that the "employees" who were apparently present but didn't have a key didn't think it necessary to position themselves in front of the store, yet they seem to think they know what's going on there. If someone is there, perhaps they should approach customers with a solution-oriented mindset, even if the cause is still unknown.

Unfortunately, not a good shopping experience. I called ahead to ask about a product and price. I drove there specifically for this, and bought a parking ticket in the parking garage. When I arrived, the price was more than double (even compared to the competition). So, the trip was for nothing, and the parking ticket was my problem too.

I was in the store at Rathaus Center last Friday because my old running shoes were no longer suitable for running. I walked in and received truly professional and detailed advice. I immediately left with two new pairs of shoes. Great. Thank you, see you next time :)

Excellent advice, good selection, realistic prices. We always enjoy shopping there. If a size or model is out of stock, it can be sent from the other branch.

I'm absolutely not impressed! I walked into the store and the employee was just playing on his phone. No greeting, no advice, nothing at all. I was completely ignored. There was no reaction when I left either. Therefore, definitely not recommended!

A truly fantastic company! I needed some new running shoes and trousers. The very friendly and knowledgeable employee expertly selected suitable shoes that fit perfectly and are exactly to my taste. Finding a pair of trousers that matched my style was also very quick. Thank you so much! :-) One of the previous reviewers mentioned that they found the goods offered to be very expensive compared to buying them online. I can't agree with that at all. Considering the overall package of merchandise, expert advice, and the shopping experience itself, the prices are very reasonable, and there's also the option of receiving an additional discount through a loyalty program. Frankly, I prefer to spend my money with this smaller, very friendly local business rather than with a large, anonymous online chain.
