Competence meets service and friendliness! A rare combination in Berlin. You'll find exactly that at this local bike shop. After my e-bike controller failed, they gave me a replacement controller for several weeks to locate the problem. At the same time, Jens kept asking Tenways until it was clear how to fix the problem without an expensive controller replacement. Thank you very much.

A truly fantastic bike shop in Berlin. They always seem to have time for you when you come in, and most problems are resolved on-site and with a solution-oriented approach. Other bike shops sometimes advertise wait times of five to six weeks for the same problem. Always happy to come back!

5 stars deluxe! The chain damage was repaired immediately, the chain was replaced, and another minor issue was resolved. I was able to continue my journey right away. It only gets faster at the Tour de France ;-) Fantastic shop!

Today while cycling, I noticed my rear tire was low on air. I immediately went to the nearest bike shop. They inflated my tire for free and were very friendly. It's wonderful that there are such kind people. Thank you so much! 🌸

I bought a used bike from classifieds and was able to bring it in the same day. I received very good advice. I went there twice in total, as my current financial situation made it impossible to do otherwise. But everything was relaxed. The nice thing is that they also accept card payments. The bike now looks great. Really fast service. The owner was friendly, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend this company. I can't understand some of the reviews here. Things cost money, some more, some less. I also can't understand the insinuations here at all. The owner is just doing his job, and there are always people you can't please. I was out of luck with Zwiebelband. 😅 - I'd be happy to come back.

Got some work done on my crankshaft about a year ago. A couple of weeks later the gears were iffy again and I realized the shifter hadn't been well set up. Went to another bike shop recently and got someone to look at my bike properly and they're now redoing the gears and what else needs to happen. Fair price, but the service was okay which resulted in me getting something fixed superficially when more was actually needed.
