It's actually a nice, friendly little fan shop. It doesn't have the same selection (but that's not a big deal) as the ones at Uber Square, but what I don't like is that the fan shop has to share the retail space with a diving equipment store.

Very friendly staff, you immediately feel welcome. Personally, I only come here for the Dynamo merchandise, even though there's a lot more to discover. In any case, I enjoy being here.

Located inside the dive shop, it carries some items not available in the main shop at the arena. Friendly staff and parking right in front.

I ordered two 2022 Polar Bears calendars for a friend. Unfortunately, only one arrived two weeks after ordering. And only after I inquired about why the paid item hadn't arrived. The second one was supposed to be shipped later, but it never was. So I have to get my money back via PayPal. It's unnecessary and incomprehensible why two calendars couldn't be delivered without problems.

Extremely friendly and patient staff. I don't know much about it myself, but I received excellent advice and was treated kindly. I'd gladly come back. Highly recommended.

Less selection than at Mercedes-Benz Platz. It's a shame, as we were just passing through and wanted to avoid the online store. Unfortunately, we didn't get much because they were missing a few sizes. But the staff were very friendly and the parking was good.

Big kudos to customer service 👍 very nice and friendly. Since the jersey I wanted was unfortunately out of stock, I received a call asking about an alternative. Everything was very straightforward and the package has already arrived. Thank you so much and hopefully we'll be able to attend games again soon 👍🍀
