At first they got my bike and told me it will be fixed for max 40 euros and then after two days when I was there to get the bike they told me you should pay 75 euros because we did extra things and a service which I did not ask for it! He said this is how we do it no other way around in a very rude way though! And the most interesting part was that he had not even checked the tires and the chain which are the very basic things in a service!!!

A terrible experience with a very unpleasant owner/manager. I am pretty sure I was ripped off. Avoid.

Always went here to get my bike fixed, new owner now and super, super rude just because I asked to use the pump for my tires. Will not spent my money here anymore…

This review comes in a bit late as I bought a second hand bike 3 years ago. Today I know a little more about bikes and can say that they clearly ripped me off. selling me a run race for 300 EUR that was slightly too small for me and with brakes that were directly applying friction on the wheels. There are better and more honest bike shops in Berlin, specially if you’re not an expert.

Very rude! I asked if I could use the pump and he said I was bothering him in his lunch break and that I should leave. I told him I could pay for the service and he told me I was rude for asking to pay. I almost started crying because the man made me feel so bad for asking. I will never return.

Incredibly rude/aggressive owner, and ridiculously expensive service. Mistreats his co-workers who actually do the work while watching movies. Wanted to charge me 15€ for replacing a single screw.
