Best bike repair shop I had the pleasure of visiting. You know those stores where they make you feel, and treat you like a nuisance for breathing? This is the exact opposite. Fair price, great service, fast, just human, friendly and helpful. Which is quite unique in Berlin.

The best bike shop in Berlin. I had my tire replaced by another shop and it went flat two days later so I brought it to Eldoradlo and they saved me and helped me feel safe and right at home 💖

Great bike shop run by Aboud. I rented a bike and when the chain broke, he went out of his way to get me a new bike and brought it to my apartment very quickly. Great prices and even better service! Thank you Aboud

I went there with my bike which was not in a good situation. I asked them for a complete service and they promise me to check everything and let me know all the costs and issues. After 2 days, they told me that they will check everything and they will fix breaks, adjust gears and also they will fix the tire which there was no air in it. They charge me 50 EUR. I put the bike in my basement without riding it, and when I wanted to use it after 1-2 week there was no air in the tire. I complained to them that the tire is punctured they already charged me 50EUR and they should fix it free, but they told me that if there is an issue with tube or tire, I should pay them again for ~27EUR. I can not understand why they even charge me for 50 if they didn't diagnosis the bike initially. 50 EUR just for fixing rear break and adding oil to gear system is too much (gears also does not work really well!)

I will always recommend this shop. I have been here twice and everytime my bike was treated very well. They never induce you to buy anything but highly respect your real need. The first time I brought my bike in a terrible condition and within one day under cost of 60 They made it inside out new. The next time its Inner tube got broken and within 20 min it got perfectly fixed. Not only the tubes but all issues they found...that is beyond my prediction.

Good quality hire bikes, super friendly service and very reasonably priced. So much cheaper than using Lime and the likes. Would highly recommend!

The lad that owns the place is friendly and glad to speak English, the bikes for rental are good and cared for. The prices are fair and so is he. Also they do the old school repairs instead of the "you are better off just buying it new", which means that they know their stuff. No e-bikes to be seen and lots of old beautiful proper ones.

Super freindly owner, competent, prices are actually low, but the quality of service is superb AND what really stood out,in contrastto other bike shops I have tried in Berolin: they never tried to sell-up womething to me that I neither needed nor wanted. I definitely will be coming back again for all my bike check-ups!

I would give 6 stars if it would be possible! I brought my racing bike on a Friday afternoon after it stood outside for a year, all rusty, with a broken chain, broken back derailleur and bad breaks. I was not even hoping to have it ready until Monday when I needed it but within only 2 hours (!!) I got it back like new! Gears working perfectly, no weird sounds when switching the gears, breaks super stiff and sensitive and riding smoother than ever! Abud and Ali did a great job! Very nice people, very attentive and really professional! The complete opposite of the usual Berlinish “naah we don’t have time to have nice attitude” The price was also very attractive (discovering how much is broken on my bike I was worried it would cost me way more). Thank you again guys! Now I’m your loyal customer for a long time!

I can only say good things about Eldoradlo! Sweet and smart service, very fair pricing and a great selection of used bikes. After three years, my bike is still doing perfectly.
