Scummy lil shop Asked for an empty cardboard box Guys brings out a used box full or rubbish which I’m willing to take Then asks for 5 euros…. Mind you I’m doing him a favour by taking box so he doesn’t need to recycle… Do not recommend!

I received very friendly advice and lots of free tips. It almost seemed like they wanted to save me the money. Unfortunately, a repair was necessary, and it was carried out with great dedication and transparency. There was constant communication by phone, so my consent was always obtained before any work was done. Despite the somewhat complex troubleshooting and the peak cycling season, the repair was completed quickly, and the price was reasonable for me – although I didn't compare prices. I also appreciate supporting local businesses in my neighborhood instead of traveling across Berlin for a few euros. So, I highly recommend it!

Absolutely recommended! I rarely experience a salesperson giving me advice that's cheaper for me, even if it means less profit for them. I've even been recommended a competitor before because they didn't have something in stock. You can trust someone like that. And if you appreciate a bit of Berlin bluntness, then I highly recommend Ella die Zweiräder! The advice is top-notch!

Honestly, I've rarely experienced such degrading behavior in my life as in this store. Since I've never been treated like this before, I decided to write this review. I went to pick up my bicycle 10 days after dropping it off and was immediately and without warning verbally abused for leaving it there for so long. I was truly shocked by this attack. They demanded €15 for the extended storage. Since I didn't understand this and was threatened with legal action, I refused to pay. As a result, they refused to return my bicycle. When I then threatened to call the police, I was verbally abused and thrown out of the store with my bicycle. I paid for the repair, of course, but it was unsatisfactory and required adjustments myself. To everyone reading this, please avoid this store. Anyone who is so unfriendly to their customers shouldn't be working in customer service. There are much better alternatives in the area.

I almost agree with you, but a parking garage isn't a bicycle shop either.

I had my bike completely overhauled a few years ago. The repairs cost well over €100 (sprocket, chain, replacing a tire, etc.). Most of the work was done as agreed. The chain was of very poor quality and started to rust badly within two months. The tire wasn't replaced because they said the old one was sufficient, and they didn't offer a price reduction.

Nice people, very helpful. Pay the man what he asks, he's worth it. They do what they say. Don't ask for a tool loan, it's a bicycle repair shop not a tool loan shop. I thought the prices were very fair, and though one item I needed was not in stock, they tried hard to get it from another store, and by 5pm that day I had a fully serviced bicycle. What more could anyone want?

Very bad shop! Few products, high prices, and the thing that made me the most mad, a very bad attitude of the woman inside the shop. If you are thinking to pass by...step back!
