The chain was broken. I received quick and straightforward help. Super friendly. They even showed me how to make minor adjustments myself. I would come back here for larger repairs.

Best bike repair shop in Berlin! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. You can do DIY projects there, or they'll repair your bike for you if you don't have time. But I highly recommend participating in the bike repair process! It's really fun, and you can learn a lot there.
