I had a tricky problem with my bike and at least 3 different bike shops around the area told my it couldn't be repaired. Then I tried Fahrbar (at the Reuterstr.) and the shop owner solved my problem without even questioning the difficulty!! Extremely friendly all the way and absolutely fair pricing. That's the only bike shop I go to from now on and can definitely recommend it!

Great service! I dropped off my bike for repairs shortly after opening at noon. Less than 3 hours later it was ready for pickup! There was also a brake lever and two handles for free! I was able to test ride my bike after the repair. Gladly again!

Super bike shop. Friendly, fast and fair price. They have done quite complicated repairs to my bike. I'll definitely come back!

I used to have a horrible bike I purchased from Facebook marketplace. They always repaired my bike quickly and the price was fair. Very friendly too. I recently decided to replace my bike and purchased a used bike from them. The price was good and I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend this shop.

Not happy with bike repair service. Whatever he did, I needed a new repair three days later.

Stopped by this shop, and this guy clearly did not know anything about bikes. Wanted to charge me for part I didn't need to fix something that just needed to be screwed in more tightly by a hex key. Said he could fix something else that was wrong with my bike but at that point I didn't trust him and I left!

The guy working here was very unfriendly. He wanted to charge me 75EU for changing and buying a new tire to which I said no and he started fighting with me until I left. Would not recommend going there! This cost me 23EU in Glücksvelo and they are super nice.

I've been to the branch on Hauptstraße 106 a few times now. I bought a bicycle from this branch at the used bicycle market in Kreuzberg. The first time I went for repairs (bike was cracking and squeaking) the guy was nice and fixed my bike for a reasonable price, but then the fix didn't last long (the gear doesn't grip the chain - pedaling just causes the chain to grind without resistance), so I was back last week. The shop was closed on a Saturday (with no information stating this outside of the store), so I went again on Thursday to find the shop was closed again at 4:00pm. I called the guy who works at the shop and he had the nerve to ask me why I was so upset - I think I will rather re-sell this bike for cheap than deal with this again. I also don't think any of the fixes thus far have dealt with the root of the problem - I think they overcharged me for a broken bicycle and now they are just stringing me along.
