The service provided by the staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive, demonstrating first-class expertise in both word and deed. The repair I requested for my e-bike was carried out professionally and with a keen understanding of Bosch e-bikes. The price-performance ratio was also very good, and I am completely satisfied.

I called the shop yesterday because I had a flat tire on my e-bike. They told me to come in the very next day. My husband took it there and was back home in no time. Everything was fixed, the service was friendly, and the price was reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

I had a flat tire on both wheels due to an accident nearby. The consultation was quick and efficient. During the sales consultation, they tested what could be replaced. When I was surprised to find a loose rim on the rear wheel, they recommended inner tubes and tires for both the front and rear. The quality of the replacement parts is decent, solid but nothing special – robust, standard fare. What really stood out was the speed of service. The replacement was completed between Friday and Monday. A significant improvement compared to many other shops. The initial conversation after the accident, which took place just five minutes before closing time, was also reassuring. Overall, I would rate the work performed as proper and good. However, the price-performance ratio is slightly higher than the competition, at about 10%. So it comes down to whether you value time or money more. If you need your bike back on the road quickly and don't want to get your hands dirty, you should visit the team at Fahrrad-Concept. However, those who need to watch their pennies should look around again.

I've been going to this bike shop for almost three years now, regularly, for both major and minor repairs. From brake pad and tube replacements to spoke repairs and general checkups. I've always been satisfied with the results! The team always clarifies the prices beforehand or calls if any further damage is discovered. I can't understand the criticism of their pricing – I find the prices reasonable! I've also always received a very reliable call when my bike was ready for pickup. Long waiting times are normal depending on the season, BUT so far I've always been able to pick up my bike well before the latest estimated date!

So I got the bike online. It was impossible for me to assemble it myself, so I went to the guys. I went there on Monday, dropped it off, and was told to wait about 1.5 weeks. Boom! It was finished after just 3 days. Well done, guys! You're great!
