As always, the service was excellent and without any cause for complaint.

I can highly recommend this bike shop. I bought a chain guard at Radhaus and they wanted 50 euros for three screws. This bike shop only charged 20 euros for the installation – fantastic! Go to the smaller shops; they're always cheaper and the staff is friendly.

I bought a bicycle there about two years ago. I was very pleased with the advice I received back then; the staff were friendly, and the service has been excellent ever since.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I ordered a new rim and reinforced spokes, as well as installation and truing. I got normal spokes and a cheap no-name rim. All together for €200. I also asked specifically whether I needed to come in for truing. I was told no. After 200 kilometers I had a loose spoke and a figure eight in the rim with normal riding steel. On a tour I noticed the loose, wobbly cassette, so I went to the nearest bike shop and had it tightened for €20. Unfortunately they forgot to tighten it there. Yesterday I took the bike to another shop, who told me they were normal spokes and not reinforced spokes and that they had all come loose. They also lost my phone number, so I called after 9 days. I prefer to avoid this shop. Not a good experience, I must add that after 2 weeks a spoke has broken.

Unfriendly, poor advice, not recommended... If you ask questions, they immediately get snappy; if the employees don't want to work, they should just quit... Their knowledge is sufficient for grandma's bicycle, but that's about it...

Hi, I just have to give 5 stars right away: Friendly welcome at 10:00 AM, inner tube changed and tire pumped up again. Back outside at 10:08 AM, done. I was worried beforehand that inner tubes for my 14" rollator wheel might not be in stock; that was unfounded. I rely on my rollator and was so relieved that I didn't have to go twice. Thanks again!

I went to the Bosch e-bike dealer to have the lights adjusted. "Come in, I can do it right away," he said. He was finished in two minutes, and the price was unbeatable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the customer. Perfect, I'll definitely be back. Günther F., Berlin

Hello Mr. Günther Fett,

Thank you for the positive review. Unfortunately, you must have accidentally given us only one star. Could you please change this, as otherwise it gives the impression that you were not satisfied with our service?

YOUR BICYCLE CONCEPT TEAM

Today I finally want to comment on Fahrrad-Concept and write a review. I bought an e-bike (Kalkhoff) from them in mid-September. My experience with the purchase: great advice, everything explained perfectly, then the test ride and the purchase. A lot was promised, and I have to say, they weren't just promises; no, they kept their word. The pick-up and delivery service (one of the reasons I bought it) works great; picked up in the morning and returned in the afternoon. Everything was excellent, no problems, and the bike is ready for spring again. So keep up the good work, and happy holidays and a healthy and successful 2023. Regards, the Rahnsdorfers Today, unfortunately, I have to do something I didn't think was possible. I have to take back everything I've written here. The reason is the treatment I had to endure here. It all started in the spring of 2023 when I had the feeling that something was wrong with the bike, it was simply too small. When I brought it up, I got the answer why I only noticed after 750km and whether I was being too stupid and what I wanted now. My suggestion was to exchange it or trade it in. The answer was that’s not possible and he can no longer sell the bike. I noticed while riding that something was wrong, I thought if I sat higher it would be fine, so the suggestion was a handlebar riser, no sooner said than done. A week later I was out and passed a bike shop and wanted to tighten my chain, the dealer took the bike, did everything and gave it back to me, then he looked at me and just said isn’t the bike too small for you? Oh, I thought, finally someone understands me. The bike was inspected and he was amazed. Who converted it? Answer: A specialist. Didn't the specialist realize that it made no sense to act like this and that it was all borderline. Too small is too small. So what should we do? We agreed and decided to exchange it. I took a test ride on a different size and it was ordered. Today I received the new bike (also a Kalkhoff), everything was adjusted, another test ride, everything was fine, and I was finally satisfied. At Fahrrad Concept, they just said to raise the saddle and handlebars a bit and then it would fit. So, dear people, I've learned from this, and anyone looking for truly good advice and excellent service won't find it at Fahrrad Concept in Alt-Biesdorf. True service and true specialists can be found at Fahrrad-Werk in Müggelheim. Attached are two more photos. The difference is clearly visible. On the left is the Fahrrad Concept and on the right is the one from Fahrrad-Werk. Now for the answer below. It's a disgrace, especially to claim the bike is for my wife. How did you come up with that? Such a lie. I'd like to know how you came up with that. We spoke on the phone, we talked, and you're saying such nonsense. We can meet with my wife and discuss it in front of the whole team. If you work like that, I'd like to know why you don't change careers, so much lying. If that's your sales practice, then good night. I just hope I was an isolated incident. I wish you lots of fun with your hopefully non-customers.

Hello Mr. Schmidt,

It's wonderful that you've finally found a suitable bicycle, especially since the one that was too small for you was originally bought for your wife.

We hope you enjoy your new bicycle.

Your Bicycle Concept Team

A very friendly and helpful team. We received excellent advice and were even able to take a test ride afterward. We decided to buy two bicycles. Repairing a bicycle belonging to someone else was also no problem. It was roadworthy again within one business day. Thank you for that.
