Very honest advice, where they don't try to sell you any unnecessary replacements or repairs. My problem was solved quickly, and I'll definitely be back if I ever need a complete overhaul! It's best to make an appointment by email or phone :) They're both super friendly, and I find the price information on Google Maps very helpful, thank you!

I hereby declare the charming owner Berlin's official bicycle guru!! He perfectly solved my brake problem overnight, explained everything clearly, and quoted a more than fair price. And he did this even when I first dropped off the bike. He was just as wonderful to the customer before me. It's great that people like him still exist. This bicycle guru is absolutely top-notch!!

been here many times and they always fix my bike quickly and professionally, and importantly have the tools, experience and willingness to fix problems on my retro 80s roadbike that other shops refused to! Best to book an appointment as i think they have limited space

I went to fix my bike here today, the staff are very friendly, the technician is very experienced and they provided a professional service with guidance for the future with a minimum charge. They also spoke English. I highly recommend them, usually you should book an appointment beforehand.

I’ve been here many many times, and always recieved kind, quick, down to earth advice. For small things, they’ll do the fix immediately and explain what they’re doing as they do it (I’ve learned a lot about bikes and bike maintenance from them this way). For larger things that require an appointment, they always call if the solution ends up different or costing more than the initial diagnosis, and I’ve always had significantly lower prices charged than friends have at other bike shops. Really can’t recommend their repair service any higher.
