They helped me fix my bike chain quickly without any complex talk. I wanted to give some tip but didn't have cash as the chain was suddenly got off when I was already outside of home :( Sorry about that. I'd highly recommended!

Super friendly and professional. Modelled on the old DDR bike shops where you could also hang out and chat, which is why they are open late at least two nights a week.

They dont have time to fix a bike, i do not undestand why people have a bikeshop iff they do not want to work o make good service for the clients. Very unkind people work there!!! Or maybe they dont have really any idea how fix bikes. Becarfull

very cool guy working there, because he only sells new parts and i couldn't really afford one that i needed urgently, he recommended us another store down the street where we might get used version and we did! then he allowed us to install the new part at his shop with his tools, thank u sir :)

Really friendly and helpful bicycle repair shop! The team of mechanics is very professional. Short questions are answered and you can even buy parts for a reasonable price. There hasn't been a request they can't handle. Free air hose outside :-)

go somewhere else if if You look for a repair. changing a tyre for 50eur or attaching front casket for 60 eur alright, when i asked about brakes in 3min i've been told twice that they don't have time and eventually that there is absolutely nothing that they can do, turning away person who would probably leave 150eur for medium level fix. second star for talking in english, though attitude was quite german.

Very professional and fast. I went to other stores where: 1. I was refused to be served 2. I was not believed on what went wrong on my bike (because I am a woman). the person who owns this store immediately believed me and was so professional. Thank you
