Due to the freezing weather, I couldn't wash my R&M UBN-5 myself before taking it to the workshop for derailleur repairs. So I had the bike picked up, and yesterday, after two business days, it was serviced, checked over, and I picked it up myself looking as good as new. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the entire process. The UBN-5 runs like a dream and shifts precisely. This is how a bicycle workshop should be.

Yesterday, just before their summer break, I contacted them to ask if they could still repair my bicycle. Despite the short timeframe, they did it. They fixed the drivetrain, brakes, lights, and pedals. Now my bike rides like new again, and I only paid €250 for everything. I'm very satisfied, also with the friendly and professional service I received. I would gladly use their services again.

The staff are competent, friendly, reliable, and very fast. I was able to pick up my bike after just one day. When I forgot to mention that the brake pads also needed replacing, it was done within 20 minutes. I'm extremely satisfied. Card payment is accepted.

I went in yesterday asking for help with my bike, and they were incredibly helpful. Juan repaired my bike quickly, and he was very friendly and professional. I Would really recommend the shop.

Very friendly staff, great bikes (focused on the brand Bergamont I would wager; but since those are high quality bikes I don’t mind that they do not offer as much variety. The store is tiny in the end) and fair prices. My partner and I bought two bikes there. The first inspection, they offer for free within the first six months. When bringing the bikes without giving prior notice, it took less than 24 hours for the inspection. I also brought my old bike there for inspection and getting a few things replaced. The total costs were really fair and even that did not take long although it was quite a lot to do. We go there now for any bike related concerns and I (would) recommend the store to close friends. So if in doubt, go there! :)

I brought my bicycle because the brakes wasn't working properly. It took several days to get it back and it has cost 15 euros more than what the guy told me. I asked to please call me if the price of repair will raise... he didn't do it and when I came to pick it up, he said "com'on it is just 5 euros more". It wasn't, but 15 E. That wasn't professional at all.When I asked for an Invoice, they told me, they don't do that... Since when a company is not giving an Invoice? I don't think that is even legal... I had a bad experience this time. Normally they are very nice and helpful...I just got a guy who really do not care about his job and customers needs.
