We found the service by chance, on the internet, because we had a flat tire 400m from the service. We left our bike with them because we didn't have the cash to pay for a new tire and went with our family to the scheduled appointment. When we returned, we quickly changed the tire and continued our family trip from Serbia to Sweden. I have nothing but praise for this service

I just happened to be walking by with three flat tires on my stroller. Two employees were standing outside and immediately helped me pump them up. Great people there, I was so happy.

Warning! They don't know what they're doing! I went there because I like the social enterprise and wanted to support it, and accepted their opening hours of 4 days a week from 10am to 4pm. In the end, I paid good money and received poor service. The first chain they replaced broke after 500m because it was far too short. The second chain was also too short. In the end, instead of my Shimano, I had a cheap SRAM. Before the chain replacement, during a service I paid for, I asked about the condition of the sprockets. They said they were fine, but they weren't. The chain jumped, but nobody noticed. I got a replacement myself... My XT 2x11 has a chain tensioner. They didn't know about it and handed the bike to me in the "off" position several times. Even though I had barely used the bike and it definitely hadn't fallen over, the derailleur hanger was bent. Even though the derailleur didn't fit, they handed the bike back to me without a word. They couldn't straighten the derailleur hanger or order a part. The bike was simply handed back to the customer after several days with the derailleur hanger installed crookedly. They told me to order a replacement. They didn't have the tools to straighten it and apparently had no idea how to do it. The dealer who temporarily bent the derailleur hanger for me even said the wheel was installed crooked! As I said, I'm happy to support this kind of business, and I do so when it comes to cleaning clothes, but without quality service and zero quality control, it's only a matter of time before something bad happens to a customer.

Wonderful service. My brake cable and a saddle height adjustment screw were replaced within an hour. The cost was €15, including €5 for the materials. Friendly staff rounded out the experience. Only after setting off did I notice the tires had been inflated. That's service! 100% recommendation.

I'm very disappointed. As a former employee, I thought it was a workshop for the socially disadvantaged, but according to the people who work there, they pay normal prices. I found a shop for the socially disadvantaged and they helped me. I can only recommend them. Poor performance.
