I paid 34€ for a tire, and because it was installed incorrectly, it broke again within 10 hours. On top of that, the worker was extremely rude

Very professional and friendly bike repair and bike wash shop left of the entrance to Strandbad Plötzensee. Our e-bikes were like new after a thorough washing, checking and oiling. Phone for an appointment. Possibility to get a replacement bike for free.

Best bike shop service! I drove all the way from Prenzlauer Berg to have my bike washed and it was totally worth it! Super fair price & extremely friendly service. Benjamin also changed my pedals and offered shelter when it started pouring rain! Will definitely come again!

Absolutely incredible! I’ve been to a lot of bike shops and this was really one of the best. Benjamin is so friendly and helpful. He was really attentive and took so much care to make sure I had everything working perfectly. I could not be happier! Fully recommend. Thank you again so much.

Benjamin is the service you need! You can go there with no hesitation if you need something with your bike. He welcomes you with a smile, transparent about the price before repairing and get the job done. Also he can speak English if you are not comfortable with German which is super important for newcomers to Germany
