This place is a gem! Recently moved to the neighborhood and took my old bike for repair. Super friendly, super helpful folks work there! Some of them also speak English (am not a German speaker). They are extremely reliable, did not try to sell more expensive accessories but advised very honestly what would be best for my situation. I am so glad I have this store in my area!

Extremely helpful staff! I lost one of my screws in the rack and I had a couple of questions about my bike and if everything is alright with it. The staff checked everything, showed me how to adjust a couple of things and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes! Perfect 💪🏻

Fantastic help and service. Very fair price. I showed up with our family cargo bike. The team fixed it in an hour. Where other stores were a nightmare and unhelpful these guys were too notch. Only place I can recommend and worth travelling to.

Super experience: Someone stole my bicycle saddle. A very friendly and forthcoming worker at Fahrrad-Stop put a new one right away, while finding for a suitable pole (it's an old Peugeot bike). More over, he suggested to lock the seat to the frame, which he did as well. What a great customer service. Keep it coming guys, and thanks a lot.

We bought bikes here several times and we are very happy with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Also with the quality of the bikes ! We never go to another bike store than this one :) I highly recommend.!!
