Super friendly and helpful, even in an emergency! On my training ride, while climbing the Müggelberg hill, a branch got caught on the rear wheel of my mountain bike, breaking the derailleur hanger. Continuing my ride was impossible. So I rolled down the hill with the derailleur hanging off and ended up at the bike shop. The staff were incredibly helpful and really wanted to get me back on the road. However, since there are thousands of derailleur hangers in all sorts of different designs, the right part wasn't in stock. So, a repair and continuing my ride weren't possible, and I had to arrange for a ride. While I waited, the friendly employee offered me a warm place to sit (it was 8 degrees Celsius outside) and, in the meantime, looked up the part number for the correct derailleur hanger so it could be ordered. Many thanks for this help!

Absolutely unique shop, fantastic advice, fantastic workshop, top-notch professional advice and execution from start to finish. In mid-2025, my Pinarello road bike was converted from Shimano to SRAM (after which I rode 2000km without any problems until winter), and from late 2025 to early 2026, another Pinarello was completely converted from Shimano to SRAM at Fahrrad Werk – wheels, bearings, handlebars, saddle... everything except the trusty frame. Competent, transparent, and on top of that, excellent value for money. Anyone who finds fault with this shop should ride a scooter ;-) .... !!!!! Absolutely recommended !!!!!!!!!

The first shop where I didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale. - Comprehensive advice - Great prices - Excellent service ...and an incredibly beautiful bike that's addictive to ride 😉... My son just had to buy his new bike here too. Thumbs up for Fahrrad-Werk! 👍👍👍😀

A fantastic shop with excellent advice. I ride an e-bike and have a somewhat specific use for it. I received superb advice and we put together a customized setup that I'm very happy with. The workshop service is also highly recommended, as scheduling appointments for repairs is quick and easy. A great shop for a complete, worry-free experience. The price-performance ratio is 100% spot on. Keep it up, guys! 👌👍

As a new customer with a wheel service (new bearings), I was definitely satisfied! The necessary parts were ordered, the repair was done without a long wait, and the problem with the rear wheel was 100% solved. We had a nice chat when I picked it up, so I think we'll see each other again if needed. 👍🏻
