I just wanted to buy a bicycle saddle (€35) and install it myself. In the end, they installed it for me, cleaned the chain, pumped up the tires, and charged me less than the saddle was supposed to cost. Super friendly people and a truly honorable business. Until next time!

💣💣 Top Shop 💣💣 I happened to be driving past Fahrrad Doktor and stopped in. I have to say: it was a really positive experience. The workshop offers great deals on repairs as well as bikes for sale – from small 12-inch children's bikes to large 29-inch models, they have it all. The prices are very fair, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner makes a very competent impression. You can immediately tell that they work with experience and passion. I dropped off three of my bikes for repairs, and everything was done quickly and professionally. I also bought two beautiful retro vintage racing bikes from the 80s – true classics! Overall, a clear recommendation. Keep up the good work – and best regards to my new friends at Fahrrad Doktor!

I went to the bike repair shop today and I'm really very satisfied. The owner was extremely friendly and professional. I immediately felt I was in good hands. The repair was done quickly, cleanly, and without any complaints. It was significantly cheaper than many other bike shops in Neukölln – and the quality was excellent. I especially appreciate that you can bring your own parts and only pay for the installation. That's customer-oriented and fair – and it saves you money. Very helpful and highly recommended!

They were incredibly helpful with the repair of my racing bike. From recommending parts to giving tips on reselling old, removed parts. And as soon as I had everything, it was done in no time AND I was kept informed. Both the owner and the staff were top-notch, highly recommended.
