Came to the place to get my tires checked, the man with white hair recommended to change the tube only. I paid 30 euros to have it explode two days after. I came back to him expecting he would fix it for free, he told me “it’s not my problem” and you should pay again. Bad experience

I came to this shop because it has the best rating in the area but was deeply disappointed. I left the bike for disk breaks adjustment. The breaks weren't properly adjusted as they still rub. The owner literally said, "it's a cheap bike so I don't care". Whereas it's indeed a modest bike, I don't see how that should change the quality of the service provided, as I'm paying the same for the repair as any other customer, not to mention the disrespectful and judgmental comments.

Extremely rude and unfriendly shop owner, everytime I went there, it seems he was laughing at me for my questions. My questions and my willing to PAY was not even worth to answer and accept for him. Not reccomended

I'm a client at the ship for the past 5 years. The owner Frank is always friendly and the service is very professional. Repairs often get done immediately or within a couple of hours and the prices are always very fair. If you're living in the neighbourhood you should make this business your all-things- bicycle go-to shop.
