Can highly recommend! The owners are super nice. I always feel professionally advised. They are very forthcoming and the prices are super reasonable and fair. If you feel like other places have ripped you off in the past: come here! It's like a bike safe space.

Really amazing shop! Extremely knowledgable, helpful and reliable. I needed a new cassette and was struggling to identify the right one but they had it. Highly recommend.

I just moved to Berlin (from Ireland) and was recommended to go to Chichi for a bike. It was the absolute best. Really friendly, professional, knowledgable, helpful, and kind! They went above and beyond. The bike is great, exactly what I need, and there were no issues making slight adjustments and talking about all the various parts and functions of the bike. Very honest and helpful advice on locks also. I cannot recommend Chichi any higher! I spent the next hour cycling around grinning from ear to ear.

Went in to get some bike lights and everything went well :) The woman working knew exactly what she was talking about and was extremely nice. You can tell she is passionate about what she does which is very refreshing. I would definitely recommend!

This place is sick. The owner is incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I bought my bike here and love it. The prices are 100 % reasonable for what you get! Can definitely recommend

The best! Chichi went above and beyond to help me deal with insurance and find the best replacement bike after mine was stolen. Unlike most other shops I've been to, they operate with professionalism and integrity. Thank you!

randomly dropped in for a flat tire. just wanted to get it fixed like immediately. the people there still made a reservation for me with a huge chance i would cancel if i could find faster services. appreciated that. and checked their website. unsurprisingly, it is a bike shop with philosophy and politics!
