I agree with the comment that friendliness is different from professionalism. Didn't really fix the wibbly front break but took my money anyway.... no more

I had a good experience there. The owner was friendly and he tried to speak in english because I am not a German custumer. The repair costs of my bicycle were economical and the delivery time was very fast. Highly recommended!

Good and competent service for your bike, fair prices. Offer a wide range of old bikes for less money. Near to S-Bahnhof Berlin-Buch, close to the long biking trail to Stettin via Bernau. Best recommendations.
