Highly recommended! Competent service, friendly and helpful. On my last ride, the gear shifter suddenly broke – and right at the start of the cycling season, when appointments are already hard to come by. The same was true here. Nevertheless, I was offered the option of coming in later that afternoon – if it was just a minor issue, they would take care of it quickly. Just to be on the safe side, I called ahead to make sure it was a good time. As soon as I arrived, they immediately started working on my problem. Unfortunately, it turned out to take a little longer than expected – I was advised to stretch my legs for about 20 minutes. When I returned, everything was fixed! They even checked the brakes and inflated the tires. When I asked how the light worked, they noticed a defect and fixed it right away. I then chose a bell from the adjoining shop, which they also installed immediately. I'll gladly come back anytime and can highly recommend Fahrradhof Steglitz!

I got my bike repaired quickly and spontaneously late Saturday afternoon because some spokes on my rear wheel had come loose. Good and uncomplicated help.

I have to defend the team here. The technicians there are fast, competent, and their prices are reasonable. I've never experienced long waits, although there certainly are times when they do happen. Highly recommended.

Disastrous service and exorbitant prices. They try to sell you unnecessary repairs. If you don't know much about bicycles, it's best to avoid them. They're just a money-maker. Never again.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem, went in spontaneously, and received quick help. Since the problem was more serious, I was also able to get a workshop appointment at short notice. I've been a customer for 15 years and have never been disappointed.
