Having two road bikes and cycling a lot (i.e. needing a lot of repairs and fixes), for me this is the best bicycle shop in Prenzlberg. Absolutely fair prices (way cheaper than the other shops close by) and always fast, reliable, and friendly service. They also have all the skills needed to fix some more complicated issues and consult without rip-off. Can definitely recommend!

Insanely fast, and friendly! Dropped in around noon because of a puncture and got a new tube and tire within a few hours for a very reasonable price. Also the bicycle was mysteriously cleaner (the chain and gear areas especially) although due to my poor German I can't confirm that this happened. (We communicated in a mixture of German and English).

Brought my bike in 30mins before close. Turned out that my gearpiece was partly broken. Instead of waiting days, he fixed my bike in 20mins since he had the replacement part in stock. Great service and super friendly staff! Will recommend to friends and family
