Not recommended! Very expensive. I paid €80 to have the tire replaced and have had nothing but problems since, apparently because some parts were assembled incorrectly. I went to a very good bike shop in Schöneweide, and they fixed the problems for €20... I could have saved myself the money. And they would have replaced the tire for €50. Absolute rip-off. I think all the good reviews are fake.

I desperately needed a lock because mine was broken, so I had no choice but to take the only one they had. €30, cash on the spot, no receipt. When I got home, I quickly checked online and saw that the same lock is offered for as little as €5. I have a strong feeling I've been ripped off. Unless absolutely necessary, I won't be shopping there again. Two stars because the staff were friendly.

I loved this place and if I would need to go back, I will. I needed a smaller tube for my bicycle. I don’t speak fluent german, but the owner was really nice and understood what I needed. He didn’t charge me a gross amount, since I don’t know about bikes and don’t know german, so you are always scared of being charged more than it should be. He was friendly, helpful and very nice. 10/10 I will definitely recommend this place and come back for sure!

I got my bike back very quickly! :) The repair was extremely fast, even though I dropped by without an appointment; they were super friendly. Calling ahead wasn't a problem either. And I even got a free tire repair kit! I was very happy and would definitely use them again!

I had a breakdown with my bike on a bike tour through Berlin. I found help here immediately. They worked very professionally and quickly, were very courteous and friendly, and offered me several price options. I'm extremely satisfied. I can definitely recommend the service 100%.
