I took my e-bike in for inspection and troubleshooting between the battery and motor. It was immediately taken into the workshop. It would be helpful if the prices were listed beforehand. Additional charges are normal. The problem was found and fixed. However, when I picked it up, the price changed, which led to some discussion. Therefore, I can only give it 3 stars, but I will return.

Excellent I wanted to have my rear wheel bearings cleaned and reassembled. Bike shops often don't do that anymore. While they were at it, I also had a new freewheel sprocket installed. It was supposed to cost €65 in total. I dropped off my bike just before closing time on Thursday and received a call Friday morning that it was ready. I drove there and only paid €50. Excellent! And the guys were very nice.

Not recommended. They suddenly claimed to know nothing about the price agreement made during the ordering process. In the end, it cost about €150 more than agreed upon. The order also took significantly longer than promised. I felt a bit cheated, and I wouldn't buy a bike from them again. Update: I received a €60 voucher as compensation after reading the review.

A good bike shop, also for older bikes. I had my 3-speed Sachs hub repaired/maintenance there, and it was done quickly and perfectly. Highly recommended!

I had a new cassette and sprocket installed. After a few days, a minor issue arose, which was resolved immediately and with absolute professionalism in the workshop. The customer service was fantastic – fast, friendly, and competent. The advice I received was also excellent. I feel I'm in very good hands here and can wholeheartedly recommend Wolf Bike! 🚴‍♂️✨

I'm absolutely thrilled with this workshop! The team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they take the time for thorough consultations – both for repairs and sales. My bike was repaired quickly and professionally, and they clearly explained what was being done and what I should pay attention to in the future. The sales offerings are also impressive – fair prices, a good selection, and no pushy sales tactics. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this workshop!
