A super friendly and competent team! They're proactive and offer honest advice, and you can immediately tell that true experts are at work. I found the selection of accessories really good, and above all, they offer genuine hands-on service: when I bought new bike lights, they installed them quickly and easily. Whether I come by with my Bianchi or my Decathlon bike, everyone gets the same professional and friendly service (which, unfortunately, isn't always the case). You can clearly feel that they have one goal: to get you back on the road quickly, safely, and with complete peace of mind. Highly recommended! 🚲✨

A new, young team who lovingly attend to customer needs. The e-bike inspection went very well and professionally. They took the necessary time to discuss everything thoroughly and carry it out accordingly. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. I came in spontaneously to get a bike basket and was very impressed with the shop and the helpfulness of the staff. They even offered to attach the basket for me and advised me on my chain and tires while I was there. I will definitely choose this shop for my next inspection.

The Fahrradmeisters are the epitome of what a bike repair shop should be like! Everything is clean, well-organized, and very professional. With the great overhead lighting, you can see every detail, and I feel like I'm in a luxury sports car workshop. Nevertheless, the prices are fair, and Dennis carefully considered what I needed during the detailed inspection. It turned out that I didn't need a high-end spare part for the repair. So, they clearly recommended the cheaper option. You can tell that these two are experts and they do their job with passion, as if it were their own bike. Communication was seamless – I found the text message notification as soon as my bike was ready particularly useful. It makes everything super easy to plan. Friendliness is also finally a top priority. Finally, an alternative to the typical Berlin know-it-all chatter and gruff undertones. Is the service culture with Dennis and Dimitry finally coming to the capital? I think it's great that they took the time to answer even my simplest questions. And in the end, even my loose mudguard was securely fastened again. After my mountain bike, I immediately entrusted my very special retro road bike to these trustworthy hands.

Besides the repair shop, they also offer a good selection of accessories: from bike helmets and locks to high-quality spare parts, they have everything. I'll definitely be back.
