Mr. Gerhardt is an excellent mechanic. He is extremely competent at repairing and advising on bikes and related accessories. Despite me not knowing German, he was patient with his time and had very fair pricing for his services. I highly recommend visiting him for your bike related needs in Berlin!

I went there yesterday without an appointment and Amir was super kind and professional talking me through what is wrong with the bike and what needs to be fixed. Although he said they were fully booked till next week but he did me a favor and took the bike on the same day and serviced it ready for me to pick up after a few hours. For his well done job, friendliness, professionalism I give him more than 5 Stars. The reason I am giving the review four starts is because of the shop owner that is a berliner. I am not a fan of the berliner schnauze and him telling me to stop talking to Amir for too much and other similar examples are stuff I do not appreciate. But I am still giving this review four stars because of his fair price and accepting cards.

I moved to Berlin recently and have been trying my best effort to improve my German and speak it in shops, etc. However, (what seemed like) the owner had no patience for my broken German and so we switched to English. He was still irritated, berating me that English is not his first language. I was looking for advice on my bike and possibly a tube replacement, he did not seem interested in doing so. I started to leave the shop and he shouted at me to come back. It got to the point that I was almost in tears in this man's bike shop. If you are able to speak fluent German I'm sure your experience will be smooth, however I would not recommend for those trying to learn German. I have not had a worse experience in Berlin or wider Germany than here.

The man working there was very rude, I'll never go there again. I'm sorry to say, but he had that all too common German approach to customer service, which is to make you feel like your very presence is inconveniencing him. That he'd be doing you a great favor by accepting your business. Perhaps during Covid-19, that is true, bike shops have all the leverage as cyclist claw each other's faces off to purchase a bike or have their existing bikes repaired. But I shan't forget, rude Sir! You may have some petty undeserved leverage at the moment, but soon, as Covid cases lessen, the weather takes a turn for the ugly, and people start riding the U/Sbahn, your shop will return to its natural equilibrium. Just another dinky grease garage in Berlin, staffed by impolite jerks to be avoided.

Fair prices and good work. The older guy can be a little Berlinerisch grouchy (it's a bike shop in Berlin, what do you expect?), the younger guy is very friendly. Either way, they're totally reliable and they also communicate over whatsapp, which I find very convenient.

I went there to get an offer for a rear rim change for my Mountain Bike. After i explained the situation, the first thing he said to me was "Why didn't you get a better bike in the first place". After i got all the information he suddenly just turned his back on me and said "I have to go inside" and just left me there. He could certainly reduce his patronizing and improve his social skills.

They are fast and reliable! I've visited at Saturday and my bike was ready at Monday morning :) I received the bike and 30 minutes later I had a problem. I've texted them on Whatsapp and they fixed it the next morning for free! Best place to go :)

I have just been there today morning to buy new pedals to my bike and change the front lamp. I did not really have to ask the shop assistant, he has just installed the new pedals and also changed my bulb in the front lamp. Really helpful, friendly and quick service! Originally i wanted to take my bike to another bike service in leipzigerstr. but the guy said i have to make a termin and come back in few days. All in all i can really recommend this bike shop. Thanks for the help :)

These guys are amazing. I came in a week ago ready to buy a new expensive lock after mine broke. Instead, they insisted on trying to fix it, and when they couldn't, helped me get the manufacturer to replace it. It saved me 50+ euro, and the whole time I got convenient updates via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
