This borders on fraud. Exorbitant prices, incompetent advice combined with nonsensical repair recommendations, and an unprofessional demeanor both on the phone and in the store. They wanted to charge me €200, while a shop next door did the repair for €25.

The E bike was perfectly working. Stefan was really helpful and made our 1 day rental easy and flexible. We also had a interesting conversation. I really recommend!
