Excelente service. The owner is such a gentleman. He helped us a lot with our luggage. The company moved to a new location after more than 20 years. Now they are in front of the Mehringdamm. 100% recommend

We need a place to storage our bags... it was amazing... and unfortunately we become lost in the metro station, however the owner was very kind I understood our problem and opened to us at 9... he was very gentle, I super recommend. Just a hands up, the place change the local, so be careful with google info.

Very kind, helpful and awesome people! My bike's chain was loose and came off while I was in the area, so I found the shop here on Maps, stopped by and they put it back and tightened it up in 5 minutes - no charge. Def. recommend!

Excellent location, excellent service. Thanks to Stefan and his team! This is where we started our 400 km bike trip from Berlin to Hamburg, retracing most of the route that my mother took in May 1945, on bike, as she fled the Russian army from Brandenburg to the town of Loose near the Danish border. Fahradsstation Berlin got us started with new bikes, panniers, repair kits - everything we needed!

We rented bikes here for 2 days while in Berlin. Professional, good prices, and great quality.The bikes worked perfectly and were exactly what our family needed. The man who helped us was extremely helpful and efficient and spoke English. They even had a carrier for our 5 year old which made seeing the city pleasurable. Highly recommended!

We hired touring bikes to cycle from Berlin to Copenhagen. The bikes were in good condition and the route was stunning, I would definitely recommend it!

Go somewhere else’s. They delay and charge you more then agreed. I wanted to have a flat tire fixed. Minor repair that takes 10 minutes. I needed the bike urgently. They said they would be done the next day but didn’t fix it until then. Then they wanted to charge me 10% more then agreed. When I complained they were super rude and unfriendly told me to fix my bike myself. Never again - Reply to Stefan: Thank you for getting back to me and caring about my feedback. I would be super happy to elaborate the situation if you like. In the end after discussing and insisting I only payed 20€ so that was okay so it was manly the way I was talked to and the delay. I‘d rather get a reliable information when the repair is done then having disappointed expectations and having to changing my plans. After the repair one more issue happened. The exact same tire deflated on the first ride after ten minutes, so I believe the tire wasn’t properly checked for spikes and damages. After my first experience I first didn’t bother to tell you and have an other discussion or fight. But now that I realize you are a nice guy and my experience might have been an exception I thought I let you know.

They fixed my bike very quickly in the same moment even though they were very busy and visibly full. The staff was competent and friendly and English-speaking is also always a plus to avoid misunderstandings. I will definitely come back and have no complaints!

Fahrradstation has a huge variety of bicycles - cruiser, electric bikes, kids bikes, tandems, and child carriers. Thomas assisted us in choosing the right bikes for our family. He was extremely patient as we tried several kids bikes and even a bike trailer. We settled on two urban bikes and the Babboe Big. The Babboe Big saved our trip! Our kids are pretty good bike riders. However, they would have been exhausted with the amount of riding we did. In three days we rode through Mitte to Tiergarten to KaDeWe to Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Friedrichshain. The Babboe Big was easy to ride too. Thank you, Thomas and Fahrradstation!!

The owner speaks English very well. It was open on Sunday and he was very nice overall. I had to replace a flat tire and he also lend me his tools.
