The staff are so helpful and friendly and very clear with pricing and what they will do with your bike, in English and German. They are kind and have a quick turn around, even with rusty old bikes like ours. I have used them several times for new tires and small repairs and they have always been solid. We feel lucky to have such a clean and friendly repair shop in our neighbourhood!

Mixed feelings really. I know my bike is old, but from that to saying almost everything (apart from front wheel basically) has to be repaired, there’s quite a world. One says cassette needs to go when it was bought new a month ago, pedals need to be changed when they are fully functioning. From a 100-150 euros estimation down to 450-500 euros. No thanks :)

I'll return to KurbelDoc whenever necessary! I came to this shop based on the recommendations and reviews I read: friendly people, impeccable work, fair prices. Jamal explained what was happening to my bike and what needed to be done to fix it, and gave me spare parts options at different prices. In less than an hour, Mo had it fixed, and it was perfect. It was an incredible experience. I recommend this shop to everyone reading this.
