So, in any case, this is the best bike repair shop I've ever been to. All the staff are super friendly, uncomplicated, and the repairs, in addition to being very reasonable, are really excellent. It's definitely worth the trip.

My favorite suitcase needed four new wheels. I opted for the quiet, black ones. After two weeks, everything was finished, and I was absolutely delighted with the price I paid: €38.00 (Cash only!). The suitcase practically did a little happy dance on its new wheels—they roll so smoothly. I found this workshop through the "Roller Exchange Network" website. Many thanks again for the fantastic repair of my suitcase! If you don't have a throwaway mentality, go here.

Favourite bike shop in Berlin hands-down. They are friendly, professional and (most importantly) do an amazing job and don't rip you off. I bought my second-hand bike from here, and two years later, it's still the best bike I've ever owned. Real gem of a workshop!

Wow! I'm thrilled. Fantastic service at a great price with a fantastic result. As requested, the chain and sprockets are new. They even replaced a gear cable that had been bothering me for years without me asking. They fixed a few other small things and gave the bike a good cleaning. The ride is leagues better than after the last chain and sprocket replacements at other shops. A dream for any cycling enthusiast!

I'm generally always happy after my bike has been repaired. They're friendly, courteous, and do their work properly. Only once out of over six repairs did I have a flat tire again relatively quickly, and a shard of glass was overlooked. I recommend them if you ever need to drop off your bike in the area.

Great service; even bikes that good commercial repair shops no longer service are restored here. Highly recommended! (And inexpensive, too—I pay at least double or triple the price for this service elsewhere!)

I picked up my bike yesterday and I have to say: "Guys, you're fantastic! Thank you so much!" My front light had fallen off due to metal fatigue, and I had it replaced at the VfJ bike shop. And what can I say? I dropped it off on Monday and got a call Tuesday morning saying the bike was ready. They also apparently oiled the chain, adjusted the brakes, and cleaned the bike... Incredible. Did I mention they pumped up the tires? The service and value for money are excellent. The best bike shop I've ever been to. Keep up the great work, and I hope you enjoyed the cake...

I happened upon this place by chance, looking for a used bike. The advice I received was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I'm very happy with my new (used) bike. Good value for money. Minor repairs were free afterward. Highly recommended!
