One of the two employees was unfriendly and unhelpful. Even though no one wanted to work on my bicycle repair project, I would have appreciated a more polite response. A simple "It's too fiddly for us" or "We don't do repair projects anymore" would have sufficed. Instead, accompanied by a long face, I received a list of negative points about everything that was broken and how it wasn't worth it. Not worth it for whom? The budget is my problem; I hadn't asked about it. I don't like this condescending attitude and throwaway mentality. I simply wanted professional feedback and not to feel devalued just because I wanted to save a bicycle.

Dear Ms. Schilling, I am sorry that we hurt your feelings by refusing the repair. I heard the conversation and can say that the colleague was by no means unfriendly. It's always easy to write "They were unfriendly". This is more than unfair, to say the least. There are bikes that it's better to stay away from, even as a professional. This is especially true for bikes like yours, which have been screwed to pieces at every turn without any expertise. In such cases, it is simply not possible to estimate the amount of work and the cost. Such projects always threaten to degenerate. In the interest of everyone involved (including you), the colleague rejected the repair and did everything right.

I'll have my annual bike inspection done here again next year. Even at short notice, I was able to drop off my bike and pick it up the very next day. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The service is friendly. Thank you very much. I'll gladly come again!

Excellent shop. Friendly, fast repairs at fair prices. They always try to repair things first instead of installing new, expensive parts, and sometimes even sell a nearly new part at a good price. Great!

My favorite bike shop! Once again today, I received incredibly fast, competent, friendly, and affordable service. And it's not just for bikes worth thousands; even clunky old bikes and clunkers are meticulously restored here. Rides like new. Whenever possible, my bike only goes here to be serviced by this "doctor."

Our trusted bike shop in Pankow. Always friendly, competent, and with a workshop that's always open. Just today they offered to repair an oil brake, whereas others would have only replaced it. Thanks for your service.

Highly recommended. Good value for money, quick repair without an appointment, very friendly and competent. Our somewhat older mountain bike was brought back into shape, and the cost was even slightly undercut. Five stars are absolutely deserved!

I tried several bike mechanics in Pankow. My previous experience was that the staff were rude and unfriendly. I got the best service here. Here they will give you good and honest service.

Very helpful. They fixed my flat tyre on a cargo bike in less than 30 minute. Understood the urgency of my query and was very nice. Definitely recommend it!
