I took my road bike to Robert to have the wheels and brake rotors adjusted, as well as to have a couple of minor things checked. The quote sounded reasonable. Unfortunately, neither of us had considered that my carbon rims have internal clamping nipples. That made things a bit more complicated and therefore more expensive. However, I was very happy with the communication and the result. As a bonus, he also adjusted the gears for me. He seemed to really enjoy the project. They were already pretty good, actually. Now they're running perfectly! Next up, I'll need to bleed my brakes ;)

Hi Robin, I'm sorry you didn't find anyone at home. I had the day off and was at a festival over the long weekend. If you still need bike service, feel free to come by again! By the way, you'll find the doorbell where the "Doorbell" sign is, right next to the door.<br><br>Edit: After contacting me by phone, Robin unfortunately responded with ignorance and rudeness and has been blocking any attempts to resolve the issue ever since.
