I highly recommend FlyBykes to anyone looking for trustworthy support and advice for their bike needs. I brought in my Metz Packr XL bike, which I had purchased online, and not only did they complete the required inspection, but they also gave me helpful insights into the bike’s quality and potential shortcomings. Highly recommend this shop. I arrived 10min before closing and they checked my flat back tire and replaced the broken valve without waiting and with minimal charge. And I could pump my front tire also. They spoke Englishman so good place for people with limited German skills.

The bikes we rented were great - one of a kind in fact - huge carrier bikes, in great shape. And Öz was great - above and beyond - came after hours to hook us up, as we were on a tight deadline the next day. This place rules.
