I need to buy a bike box for shipping. I knew that BOXBIKE, Berlin probably wouldn't sell them, but having seen the excellent reviews about the customer service they provide, I decided to contact them. I asked if they knew where I could buy a bike box in Berlin, and not only did they reply immediately, but they also sent me a link to a place that sells sells them. This was much more than I expected, and would certainly recommend this shop as they are even pleased to help people who are not their customers!

It was a very pleasant visit that i had to BOXBIKE, Patrick was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the Folding Bike. Honestly i have only been hearing of folding bikes from my friends in the UAE, and coming from a road and mountain bike background initially i was not interested with foldings. But upon taking a closer look at the Brompton and it's design I had a change of heart. Coming to Berlin i just had to pick-up my very first falträder and it allowed me to experience the city closely as the locals would !!! And it is even a special edition... :) i was able to bike through Berlin, Prague, Munich and Amsterdam with my new ninestreet edition. Boxbike Berlin comes with a load of brands and designs to choose. Patrick has really been helpful with buyers on what is one's particular need, be it weight, budget, use... even will help with the gear selection depending on where you will be using the bike. It is indeed a small shop and knowing a lot of bike shops worldwide, clients would have to wait in turn. I find that the service here is good and genuine. All in all BOXBIKE Berlin comes in highly recommended and thank you!!

Fabulous bike shop, but more than a great range of bikes is on offer here. I'd been contemplating buying a folder for a while. Shop owner Patrick could not have been more helpful in explaining options. No trouble to ride off on the demo Brompton for a trial. No pressure to buy - advice is freely given. (What better than to listen to someone who uses these bikes all the time personally). 2 hours later Patrick had a new one ready to go, fitted with the extras I needed. Brilliant.

Excellent stock, great service. Today I wanted a plastic chain guard (€14)for my old Brompton. Another customer wanted a complete bicycle. I received the same helpful service as if spending €3,000. Thanks! I'll be back.

Great selection of folding bikes of various high end brands, including in particular Brompton. Very knowledgeable advice and prompt service, including onsite maintenance and tuning. Also a wide range of accessories, from bags to saddles and grips.

I came today (06.05.2014) to have my Brompton fixed and was gladly helped by Patrick. The service was good and fast. We chatted more about Brompton stuffs. Will definitely visit this place again if ever I am in Berlin next time together with my Brompton. Keep up the good work buddy.
