The bike shop is very good, except for the somewhat inconvenient opening hours and breaks. Further on the other side of Wilhelmsaue, you can get your records digitized: great service, excellent results, and quite reasonable prices!

The art and creative workshop was THE best thing, but of course it had to be removed! Therefore, only 1 star now. The 5 stars are retrospectively for the art!

My bike had a broken crank arm. When I arrived, they promptly took my bike and replaced the part in no time. The replacement part was used due to a lack of availability, but that's actually a plus in terms of sustainability. The price was unbeatable. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

A super friendly and well-coordinated service for digitization. I had an old record digitized here just before Christmas and was able to pick it up a week later. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and you feel warmly welcomed right from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend this place for fair prices and excellent service!

They are not competant. That is the second malfunction in the traffic. Chain and gear have entered to the tire. Bike has stopped during the traffic. When installing the stand, they ruined the gears. Stand was touching to the cable of the gear. Chain is broken because of that. They installed a new chain and fixed the gear. Gear and chain are broken now. I should file a lawsuit. They are creating serious risks. Additionally previously they installed brakes. They didn't fine tune them. Brakes were self braking. They installed the light. Light was not fine tuned. It was always on.

I'm only familiar with the bicycle section of FSD Lernwerk in Wilhelmsaue. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and competent. The repairs are carried out very well and conscientiously. The price-performance ratio is good here. The repair prices are affordable for everyone. Highly recommended.
