Please update the website! Unfortunately, I arrived yesterday to find the doors locked, and only a note in the information box informed me that the bicycle repair shop is no longer operating. This is a real shame, as the hard-working and dedicated people there did fantastic work. They will be sorely missed in our neighborhood.

Unfortunately, it's closed; I was always happy here. Regrettably, there's no indication anywhere on site whether the shop will reopen at a different location.

After 10 years, my bike needed repairs. Something was wrong with the gears, and the brakes needed adjusting. My bike and I were greeted warmly. The employee who took my bike was very knowledgeable and immediately checked the details I had provided. After about a week, I received a call that my bike was ready for pickup. The gears were working perfectly again. It had a new front sprocket, a new chain, and the brakes are so light I only have to touch them to stop the bike. Excellent work. Thank you! The price for the repair was reasonable. I'll be back if I have another problem. Thanks.

Very friendly staff. My tire was flat and they repaired it for me free of charge. My big problem solved. Thank you so much. I don't know if they charge extra for e-bikes.

Best bike shop in Alt-HSH! (What some confused people here are writing about increased cafeteria prices probably needs no further comment. These people also rate park benches and bus stops on Google...) I've been tinkering with bikes myself for over 20 years. Whenever I don't have the time and/or inclination, or lack the detailed expertise, I've been passing the job on to L-Werk for ages. The guys take their time and handle even more demanding jobs, like Magura HS33 hydraulic service or drilling out broken screws from frames, which other bike shops in the area would turn down. They also sell new and used bikes, where I've already picked up a few gems at a very fair price. Repairing rather than throwing away is still taken seriously here, keep up the good work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly recommended. Immediate inspection and repair acceptance. Very good value for money. Repair was completed within a very short time. Staff were very pleasant, friendly, and competent. I will continue to have my bike repaired here.

I contacted the carpentry shop with an unusual request and received an immediate response. I had two runners cut for a rocker. The workmanship was excellent. Communication was also smooth and very friendly. I would use them again anytime!

The inspection/repair was done quickly and inexpensively. I went back again for a bicycle basket. The advice was excellent, and the prices were obviously more expensive than online, but they installed it immediately, and I was able to use the basket right away.

So far (over the past two years), I've only had good experiences there! Just recently, I had my bike checked on a Friday afternoon because I had a longer bike ride scheduled for the next day. During the check, they discovered three loose spokes. The chain also needed tightening and the rear brake readjustment. To my satisfaction, the repairs were completed by Saturday during shop opening hours, and I was able to complete my ride without any problems. I'm extremely satisfied and will only go there from now on if something is wrong with my bike. Thumbs up!
