Ordered a frame online, they shipped it very fast and well packaged - great service!

Ordered a custom build brother bike for my partner from them online to deliver to Barcelona. Could not have been happier with the quality of the build and the service. Great bike store and excellent value for money. He is thrilled with the bike and what was supposed to be a winter bike has quickly become his favourite go to bike.

I am from Spain and a couple weeks ago I bought a bike frame online and i have to say that the experience was good, no problems at all. I received the package a week later. Recommended.

I bought a bike through the web and after final assembly I find a small scratch in the frame, that can happen. After contacting with the shop they decided to refund me some money. So my experience is good in general. Just a small complaint is that I didn’t receive any confirmation neither when they got the money from PayPal nor when the sent the bike to Spain

Incredible experience. Ordered some niche parts on this site on friday at 12 and they were shipped before lunch. 2 working days later and they are in my hands. Simply amazing.

I stopped in over the weekend because my bike was making an unusual noise in low gears and while shifting. They took a look at the bike, made a quick adjustment on the spot, and everything was back to working perfectly. I’d definitely return if I need any other repairs or adjustments in the future

I love this store! They have everything I need for my trackbike. And the best people work there; they know their stuff. Their on-line store is excellent, and there is always something special on discount. Friendly people who know their business, what more do you need? As a lifelong bike messenger, I can recommend this store to anyone!

AVOID They charged me almost 200 EUR to replace my front fork, sprocket and chain. They put the old chain back on instead of replacing it. Within a day the bike was 'clicking' as the old chain didn't fit the new sprocket. The old chain ground up the new sprocket and within a few weeks I had to get the lot replaced again. Their attitude was really bad. The guy didn't really want to help me, and was patronising when I asked questions. Finally, they don't let you drop the bike off and come back when it's done. You have to take it there for a separate time and come and get it later. Just unnecessarily difficult and delivering a poor service. The bike shop needs to get over itself.

After a bad crash with a cab, the Goldsprint guys managed to make my pony bike even nicer than it was before + they perfectly packed it for my flight to Iceland, everything in very short time with greatest service possible for very fair prices. I highly recommend Goldsprint to everybody in search of professional, qualitative and friendly service. Thanks a lot! :)

tl;dr: Best bike shop in Berlin for me. I first heard about Goldsprint via recommendation of another bike store (which speaks for itself) and have been a happy customer for three years now. Don't think that this is going to change. As a look at their website will tell you, Goldsprint's speciality is building single speed / fixed gear / track bikes. If you're looking for cheap spare parts for you're commuting bike or help with fixing a tube etc., be aware that this is not exactly their focus. (They have a sister shop, The Gentle Jaunt, that focuses on good and high quality commute, cross and bike packing.) I've always found the team to be - very honest and upfront (about different price and quality options) - generally helpful (when it comes to questions that the Internet just won't give you a conclusive answer to) - stylistically confident (about colour details, different parts) and - tending to my bike needs in a timely manner. (The shop can get busy in the cycling season. Like any other bike shop will, too.) I love my bikes that I got here and have only had a few issues over the years - all of which Goldsprint were very helpful with. By now I've also referred friends who are also happy with their bikes. Great team. Beautiful bikes.
