I was at Hajo Plötz's today, and I'll never buy anything there again. The owner is incredibly rude and impolite. After spending €300 on a racket, you have to put up with such unfriendly and irritating service. Just stupid remarks!

I spontaneously dropped off two rackets for restringing on Saturday morning. They were finished an hour later. Great!

The worst service imaginable. Three people in the store, not one of them offered any help. Absolutely unwilling. They could have sold me a complete tennis set with all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, it didn't work out.

Great service. I dropped off my tennis racket for stringing, and the staff was super friendly. This will definitely be my new favorite shop.

It feels like this shop has been in Schmargendorf forever. In my opinion, they're particularly competent in two areas: especially winter sportswear, and then—above all—in the sport in which Hajo Plötz earned national recognition: tennis. They always have interesting offers, too.

Thanks Julian, for the prompt delivery ;) While searching for shoes for my wife, I came across the company Hajo-Plötz. With a bit of trepidation, I placed an order and was disappointed! No, of course not. Everything was great, and above all, I was kept fully informed about when the package would arrive and where it was. The little note made it feel very personal. I really appreciate that, and I can highly recommend this store :) I'd gladly order again.

Friendly, but unfortunately not always and not in all areas competent. Very dependent on individual employees. They are experts in their respective "department." However, since there are usually only two employees present, you sometimes have to make compromises, especially when it comes to hockey.

Very good sport store with wide selection of tennis rackets in every price range.
