Great service! The guy who helped me was super friendly and incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain the issues with my bike and can even speak multiple languages which made communication easy and clear. The service was quick, the prices were fair I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing bike repairs

What a great shop!! Owner goes above and beyond to work on bikes with the utmost care. Really goes out of his way to make sure everything. Is working top notch. He helped my do a ton of work on my eMTB. He replaced my hydraulic brakes, my rims and tires, pedals, and such. I was missing some parts and he even rigged something up to make it all work. I think this is the best bike repair shop on all of Berlin.

I had a great experience getting my bike fixed by Thomas there. He was quick and efficient as I had my bike repaired in a matter of hours. He also offered a discount on the whole price + lent me a replacement bike for 24 hours. Highly recommended!

During my 6 months bike trip, I stopped at I Bike Berlin to do a good service and some small repairs after the first 1,000 kilometers. Thomas was very painstaking, attentive and explaining a lot. I leave very happy and confident with my bike for the next 10,000 kms. You can definitely give him your bike, he will take such a good care. Thanks again Thomas.

These guys are fantastic. I had a couple of bikes I bought dismantled from the UK. These guys put them together, tuned them up, replaced what needs replacing and added stands, pannier racks etc. They even came to my place for 10 EUR extra! They are super knowledgeable and happy to explain what's going on. Thoroughly recommended.
