I was looking for handball shoes. I couldn't find any in several other sports shops. Luckily, I found what I needed at Intersport. But the prices are quite steep, in my opinion. However, Intersport has a pretty good selection of real, genuine sports shoes that actually deserve the name, unlike the pseudo-sports shoes from other sporting goods retailers.

You search in vain for a salesperson – no one was available, no advice was offered, and overall the staff seemed completely unmotivated. As a customer, I didn't feel welcome. In the future, I'll gladly go to a different sporting goods store.

The consultation was very professional. The staff took plenty of time to analyze our personal running style and then selected the most suitable shoe. They also gave us additional helpful tips, and it was clear that they were focused not only on profit but also on the customer's well-being. We are very relieved that we bought the right shoes in the store instead of just any old pair online.
