Today we visited your store and were offered unsolicited advice. When I simply asked for the model name of the running shoe, the employee immediately accused us of "ordering online anyway" and explained that his advice wasn't meant to be "free"—after all, he "didn't study sports for nothing." Instead of a simple answer, there was a discussion about the "terrible" Intersport franchise and continued pressure to buy a shoe. We left feeling irritated—it's astonishing that one apparently has to demonstrate an intention to buy just to get a product name from you.

I live right next door, so I often pop into Intersport. Aside from the fact that I can never find what I'm looking for, the service is truly abysmal. I usually go in with a bad feeling. Today, though, that wasn't the case, as the shutters were already down so far by 7:45 pm that it was obvious no customers were welcome anymore.

I was looking for new running and walking shoes and was immediately approached by Antonio in a friendly and proactive manner. Originally, I only wanted to try on a few models I already had in mind, but Antonio provided me with expert guidance throughout the selection and fitting process. He noticed that I generally overpronate, especially in my right foot, and then showed me more suitable alternatives. He explained, in a technically sound yet easily understandable way, why these shoes were a better fit for my foot and running style, making my decision much easier. Overall, I felt very well taken care of by Antonio, both professionally and personally. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants to feel truly advised when buying shoes!

I really want to express my extreme satisfaction during my last visit in your shop with my wife. We had the luck to have Cihan as a seller. My wife wanted shoes to walk in the forest, but had no clue about which brand or even style of shoes would be best. Cihan has been a perfect listener and a very good adviser. My wife tried many different models, Cihan was so patient. A permanent smile, which is rare in shops in Germany ! We finally bought 2 pairs of shoes ! Cihan's behavior needs to be rewarded and highlighted! We will come back with pleasure.

Very rude staff. The one employee who serves us is in his 50s and has long hair. I have never experienced anything like this in a shop. Also, this is a big brand that should care about its reputation. I searched the internet for a specific pair of shoes, the official website and Intersport's website showed me where the shoes were available as I don't like buying online. They showed me that this shop had the shoes. I decided to go there with the intention to buy them. I asked a clerk by showing a picture of the shoes on my phone (the Intersport website), and he told me that they might have them, but only in limited sizes. His manner of speaking was not friendly, but I can forgive him, maybe he was having a rough day. The shoes on the shelf he showed me were the wrong colour and I asked him if there were other colours available, which he denied. We had a second option when this one wasn't available, so we showed him the shoes we had found on Intersport's website, it also said that these shoes should be available in this shop. The way he reacted this time was totally rude. He said that if you tried the shoes on here and then bought them on the website, they wouldn't make any profit on them. I replied that I was only there because the website showed me that they had the product (which they obviously didn't). I don't see a problem with that unless I want to buy the product online later. He also said that they were a franchise and had nothing to do with the Intersport website. He just watched us try on the shoes without any comments or helpful tips. The only nice thing I can remember was that he gave us the stick to help us try on the shoes.

Standard intersport store; decent selection and covers most sport options for the area. Ended up getting three backpacks here between myself and two friends. Prices not bad.
