Apparently there's a clearance sale going on! Heavily discounted sportswear, and if I had any needs, this would have been the place to get them. The cashier was busy on her phone...

The salesperson was quite nice, but... Sports like football apparently don't exist in the Intersport Olympia universe. No shoes and zero accessories. Instead, you get everything for hiking, swimming, and who knows what else.

Super friendly, and I got what I needed. However, the selection was very limited. The store is quite small, especially for a sporting goods store.

I've never felt so complete and inspired as I did in the Intersport Olympia store in the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden. Besides the diverse, colorful, affordable, and suitable product range, it's the employees who really warm my heart. Customer service, friendliness, responsibility, and attentiveness are truly a top priority for this team! This store exemplifies class! Anyone who walks past this store without even giving it a glance is committing self-sabotage!

I bought a jump rope, and it broke twice in less than a week. They didn't consider that a valid reason for a return and wouldn't take it back, simply because I was doing double jumps, which they claimed was too "professional" for the rope, even though I probably only did a total of about 20 double jumps. I have to admit it was the cheapest one, which still cost €4.99, but I could have just bought the one from Woolworth for €2.99. At least they told me it was a children's jump rope, but only afterward. The employee told me that the one for €9.99 was the same, just with better handles and slightly better quality. He insisted the ropes were identical, so I thought I'd get the one for half the price, which he said was the same rope with thinner handles. I think it's outrageous because they try to market it as the best for the price, claiming it's so inexpensive, but they clearly didn't learn how to accept returns or refunds during their apprenticeship.

Ten minutes before closing time, my purchase was no longer welcome—at least not by the salesperson present. Nevertheless, three stars because he was a very unfortunate exception.

If you suspect customers of stealing again, take a closer look. Shoutout to the male colleague with the white-gray hair. You were so sure. Maybe you'll have better luck next time :-) I will never set foot in that store again.

Not a big one, rather for basic needs. Nice interior, friendly staff.
