Berlin's worst sports shop by far! The staff are unbearable and rude. But at least they advertise for staff once a month :D Maybe a new HR manager will do the trick 😂🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

0/10 - Worst experience ever! The service in this store is absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I bought a pair of pants for my boyfriend’s birthday, but when we noticed a hole in them, I went back to exchange it. They refused, claiming it had been worn, even though it was never used and still had the tags attached. To make things worse, the employee spoke English to us but started making disrespectful comments in German behind our backs. My boyfriend luckily speaks German and caught everything. They finally took the pants, said they’d “fix them” and send an email or ship them back to us. That was a lie. We never heard from them again. No pants, no refund, no email, and they didn’t even provide any document proving they took the item. I’m now left with just the receipt and no way to get my €50 back. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!

The item I wanted wasn't in stock, and the website couldn't provide the information beforehand, so I went there. One employee was new, and the other said, "Why didn't you call ahead?" and suggested I try Alexanderplatz. He could have easily called there for me... This store is a complete waste of time. Store

Before my visit, I specifically checked online whether the desired product was available at this branch. However, when I arrived, it turned out that not only was the product out of stock, but that entire product category wasn't even carried in this branch. The employee just shrugged indifferently. It's no wonder that brick-and-mortar retail is losing ground. Next time, I'll just order online. But not from INTERSPORT.

Really good experience here for buying running shoes. I gave my budget and preferences to a very competent seller who speaks very good english. That was my 5th store today in Berlin but JD Footlocker Adidas etc are all about sneakers, no options for runners. Here I found my perfect fit and great service,5⭐

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Alpha shoes, and they sent me factory seconds. The shoes are glued together with €1 superglue. Pictures attached. The scam works like this: you can't pick up the shoes in the store, even though they shipped them from the Potsdamer Platz 10117 Arkaden, and I work across the street. I wanted to exchange the pair, but it's not possible at the store because it was ordered online. :))))))))) Just wasting my time so they could sell their factory seconds at full price—€84.99. Embarrassing...
